The whole top floor of the casa will be yours. The art deco architecture will ensure you are bathed in sunlight during the day. Two balconies, one steam shower, and one terrace will be yours to enjoy among your group. The entrance to the top floor is secured for privacy by a door with your key.

The entire first floor will be yours. This includes 3 bedrooms and small kitchen. Perfect for a family or group of friends to enjoy the neighborhood.

This suite consists of two bedrooms rooms, and your own kitchen. You will have this sections of the first floor to yourself, separated by a door with your own key. The room at the end of the hall features a private balcony, perfect to enjoy a glass of wine or a smoke.

If you're not chilling on the balcony, you’ll be relaxing on the comfy bed, or writing your next blog post on the room’s small desk. This room is located on the second floor at the end of the hall. The toilet and shower are configured separately with sliding doors.

During the day the Monarch room is infused with a kaleidoscope of colors. You might almost think there are Monarch butterflies in your midst. This is due to the large wrap-around window of this room which looks out on the tree-lined street below. But if it’s too sunny you can always pull the shades.

This room doesn’t just have a balcony, it has a huge wrap-around balcony. A perfect spot to have a drink before you head out on the town. This room is located at the top of the stairs on the second floor.

Hope you brought a bottle of wine, because that's what you'll want to be opening on Terrace Room's private terrace. Located on the third floor, this room and its private terrace is situated away from the street tucked in between the adjacent buildings.

Located on the topmost floor overlooking the tree-lined street below, the Bonsai room sports the highest balcony of the house. Here you are perfectly perched to take in the happenings of the vibrant Condesa neighborhood. Where you can also enjoy a coffee, a glass of wine or have a smoke while you plan your day.

Some days it can be a little bit chilly in Mexico City. Not to worry, you can warm up and thoroughly relax in the Orchid Room’s indulgent steam shower. And when you’re not in the shower you’ll be bathed in great light due to the large window facing the street at tree-level.
